Warehouse OperationsRFID scanners, and inventory management software. Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.Pick, pack, and prepare orders with high accuracy using barcode scanners, voice-picking systems, and automated packaging equipment.Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, ensuring the proper handling and labeling of products. Assist in loading/unloading trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery and handling goods. Adhere to company and legal guidelines for health, safety, and sustainability.Use mobile devices and warehouse management software to update inventory records, track shipments, and report discrepancies.Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals, ensuring a positive and cooperative work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics.Comfortable working with digital tools, barcode scanners, and inventory management systems.Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.Physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and organize products (up to 50 lbs).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.Basic math and organizational skills for tracking inventory and order numbers.Desired AttributesTech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.Proactive and solution-oriented with a commitment to improving operational efficiency.Strong communicator, able to interact with both team members and leadership.Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
