Job Description

Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and day-to-day living activities.
Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive lifestyle enhancement.
Guide Patients and Their Families: Share educational resources and therapeutic techniques to help families support ongoing progress at home.
Assess and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes, adapting treatment plans as required to ensure patients are making gains.
Education
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Ongoing professional development and certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in California
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
