Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently seeking Maintenance Workers performing Landscaping & Grounds duties for various locations in the Palmetto, FL area.

Duties:

Maintain grounds of properties, roadways and surrounding areas.
Cutting grass, edging, mowing, using blower and weed-eaters.
Cut low lying limbs; may dig and perform root pruning.
Pick up trash and debris.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

Safely use commercial-type lawn equipment; zero turn mowers and gas-powered edger/blowers.
Use hand held tools, such as clippers, shovels, rakes, etc.
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Full movement of bending, stooping, walking, reaching, pulling, stretching, grasping, lifting, and climbing
Background check & drug test required, drug free workplace.
HS diploma or GED.
