Employment Litigation Attorney (Trial Experience) Position Summary

Seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with 3 years of

experience handling employment disputes through all phases of litigation,

including trial. The ideal candidate is a strategic advocate with strong

research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills who can independently

manage a caseload while providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

employment litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.

Represent

clients in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and

arbitration.

Handle

pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, settlement

negotiations, and trial preparation.

Conduct

legal research and draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.

Take

and defend depositions; prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and

trial.

Advise

clients on employment law compliance and risk management.

Collaborate

with attorneys and staff on litigation strategy.

Maintain

client communication and meet billable hour expectations.

Qualifications

~ J.D.

from an accredited law school.

~ Active

state bar license in good standing.

~3

years of employment litigation experience.

~ Trial

experience.

~ Experience

discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and

hour, leave and accommodation, and employment contract matters.

~ Strong

legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
