Maintenance Electrician - Evenings

Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as an Electrician in Monroe, LA, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects are powered safely and efficiently. We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about electrical systems and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential properties.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues.

Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.

Collaborate with project managers and other trades to complete projects on time.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of electrical systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technologies.

Valid electrician's license and relevant certifications.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
