What You Will Be Doing The work you do as an Order Selector allows us to keep our stores stocked and your communities fed and healthy. As an Order Selector, no one day is ever the same. You are on-the-go throughout your entire shift, using a voice-controlled system to select full-case grocery, frozen and/or other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack. You’ll palletize cases and prepare pallets to ship to your local store(s) lifting up to 87 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 76.5lbs overhead, throughout an entire shift - what a workout! Working collaboratively with a team gives you energy.
Being a part of your community matters.
You are adaptable to working in varying work environments (freezer, refrigerator, warehouse floor, etc.)
You have, or can obtain, clearance to ride electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.
all throughout your shift (some to shoulder level and above).
Be aware that as part of your application process you will take an assessment and record verbal answers to interview questions which could take 30 minutes. We recommend completing the application in a quiet location where you can focus.
