The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities, performance, and productivity of all Technicians. This position ensures Technicians have the training, equipment, inventory, and support necessary to complete their work safely, efficiently, and to DMG quality standards. The Supervisor will assist with onboarding and training new Technicians, monitor job quality, maintain inventory levels, and ensure company procedures and operational standards are consistently followed. Manage equipment
Performing hands-on work as needed
Oversee water extraction
On site estimates
Monitoring drying progress and making daily adjustments using readings and data
Communicating clearly with customers about processes, timelines, and next steps
Documenting jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, reports) for insurance purposes
Ensuring all equipment, vehicles, and materials are properly maintained
Resolving customer concerns and keeping leadership inform
WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
Mold Certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to use mobile apps/software for job documentation
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
