Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Nevada to cover Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Pahrump.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday hours will vary between 4:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 5:30 am - 2:00 pm; Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Nevada state issued laboratory assistant license

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist
Drawing on pediatrics to geriatrics
In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a lab assistant license filed with the NV Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience.
You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and hospital locations. Pay Range: $17.75 - $27.69 per hour
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
