We partner with organizations across various industries to connect them with top talent in engineering, IT, and other technical fields.
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, in a fully remote, direct hire role. We offer a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday and PTO.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse recruiting methods
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the hiring process efficiently
Negotiate job offers for new hires
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering or IT sectors. Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an organization
Ability to work remotely with sufficient internet connection.
Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate search databases and automated applicant tracking systems (ATS)
High School diploma required
