regarding an exciting contract opportunity for Industrial Engineer based Appleton, WI with one of our prestigious clients.
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with strong hands-on shop floor and manufacturing experience. The role focuses on Time Study, Line Balancing, Lean Manufacturing, VSM, process optimization, and productivity improvement, preferably in automotive or off-highway manufacturing.

Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Analyze assembly processes and identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
Conduct Time Studies, Elemental Breakdown, Line Balancing, and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
Drive process and productivity improvement initiatives.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime.
Support Kaizen, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
Develop and improve Standard Work and Video Work Instructions.
Support fixture design and manufacturing process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

• 5 7 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Hands-on shop floor/manufacturing experience - mandatory.
• Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
• Process & Productivity Improvement
• Root Cause Analysis & Kaizen
• Assembly Line/Manufacturing Process Improvement

Experience in Automotive, Off-Highway, Heavy Equipment, or Commercial Vehicle manufacturing.
Experience with Muri, VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
Capacity analysis and process optimization experience.
Video Time Study experience.
Lean Six Sigma experience.
Manufacturing KPI/productivity analysis experience.
