Evening and Weekend Server

Back Server

Bethesda Country Club is hiring Back Servers to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Back Servers will assist Servers in executing steps of service set forth by the Club. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals who help us to achieve our Club's mission.

Back Server Essential Functions:

Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating, which includes bread and water service

Deliver food & beverage to the table

Polish silverware and glassware

Maintain a clean working environment and server station

Refill ice for the bar

Set up and take down bread station and beverage station

Back Server Requirements:

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
