Maintenance Person

You enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and keeping things in good working order. You understand that a well maintained property makes a big difference in the guest experience. If you are reliable, safety minded, and skilled in general maintenance, keep reading.

As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members. (Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas

Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties

Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards

Hands on work in a supportive environment

Opportunities to learn and grow maintenance skills

If you are ready to help keep the hotel running smoothly and support a strong maintenance department, we would love to meet you. Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred

General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work

Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment

Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
