Men's Grill Busser/Server Assistant
Join our dynamic team at Austin Country Club as a full-time Men's Grill Busser/Server Assistant.
Pay: $16/hour plus a tip pool
Flexible schedule that can include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, and split shifts (doubles) may be occasionally scheduled depending on business needs.

Your day as a server assistant:
As a Server Assistant at Austin Country Club, you play an essential role in ensuring that orders flow in an efficient manner from our servers to the kitchen. You relay information between the kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring orders are prepared with the correct priority. Using exceptional problem-solving skills, you eliminate any obstacles that may affect service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing stations. You also report guest comments, complaints, and any employee or guest accidents to management in a timely manner.
Attending scheduled meetings and training sessions is essential for continuously improving your knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Your contribution to maintaining the smooth operations of our country club is crucial, and you find fulfillment in working in a fast-paced setting!

Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of the oldest existing clubs in Texas and home to Harvey Penick, one of the greatest golf instructors who ever lived. High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge about the beverage and food service or hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills
