Senior Technical RecruiterInspire Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Technology positions across our enterprise. This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders and HR partners, developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top technical talent in a competitive market.The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage complex searches across a variety of technical disciplines, proactively build talent pipelines, leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.Lead full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of Technology positions, including individual contributor and leadership-level roles.Partner closely with Technology leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.Function as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent availability data, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.Develop diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagement.Drive a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Manage offer development and negotiation in partnership with hiring leaders, HR, and Compensation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.3+ years of experience recruiting for Technology roles.Demonstrated success recruiting across technical functions such as Software Engineering, Architecture, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Product Management, and IT.Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.Experience working within an ATS, preferably Workday.Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
