We are seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team. This role offers flexibility ( remote or hybrid ), but candidates must be based in California and licensed to practice in CA .
Responsibilities:
Defend employers, insurers, and TPAs in workers’ compensation cases.
Handle cases from inception through trial, including hearings, depositions, and appeals.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client reports.
Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication.
Manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school; an active California Bar license is required .
1+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience preferred.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
