As an Inventory Planner, you will manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory performance, improve supply chain efficiency, and support exceptional customer service. Great opportunity to join the supply chain team with opportunities for career development!What You'll DoManage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock events.Build strong partnerships with wholesalers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory planning and exceptional service.Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve replenishment strategies, warehouse processes, and overall supply chain efficiency.Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, optimize inventory management, and improve operational performance.Monitor key performance indicators and leverage data and reporting tools to drive informed business decisions and ongoing process improvements.Qualifications/RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degreeProficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BIStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, priority-setting, and time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguitySelf-starter with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred1+ year of experience supporting monthly inventory and accounting close processes1+ year of experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industryExperience with inventory planning, ERP systems, and using data to drive continuous improvementCulture and BenefitsSazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. The hourly range for this role is $28.54 - $42.81.
