Brand and Marketing Ambassador

At MOJO Car Wash, we’re not just building car washes we’re building community‑driven growth engines powered by partnerships, relationships, and recurring revenue. The Brand Ambassador is how that growth shows up on the ground.

You are our marketing presence in the field the person who makes sure the MOJO brand shows up right at every store and in every community we serve. You’re the hands‑on Ambassador who keeps store‑level marketing running local activation, grassroots partnerships, organic social, signage, and in‑store execution. While Creative, CRM, and paid media own their lanes from the center, you make it real in the field.

You’ll own regional marketing across a defined set of locations with real autonomy and accountability.

You’ll build meaningful community partnerships that create long‑term business impact.

Have a sharp sense for what drives store traffic and goodwill and can post on brand without handholding.

Have a good eye for signage and merchandising and use AI tools where they help you move faster.

Are highly self‑driven, organized, and comfortable representing a brand in public and professional settings.

Recruited and enrolled new affinity partners and closed a fleet or business partnership adding vehicles into recurring memberships.

Captured photo and video at the store level and kept the content calendar publishing on‑brand assets from Creative.

Served as the marketing intake point for a DO/General Managers and translated a field need into action across Creative, Ops, and vendors.

Local Store Marketing & Grassroots Activation

Drive local activation that grows store traffic and memberships.

develop business partnerships with apartments, hotels, and local organizations.

Build and activate community events and local sponsorships that turn brand presence into measurable revenue.

Organic Social & Community Content

Maintain the content calendar and publish on‑brand assets from Creative.

Capture store‑level photo and video content.

Support community engagement and respond to comments.

Field Marketing Coordination

Serve as the marketing intake point for DO/General Managers and translate field needs into action.

Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑through with Creative, CRM, paid media, Ops, IT, vendors, and webstore partners.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

3-5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience.

Experience in a multi‑site, high‑growth, or PE‑backed environment strongly preferred.

Coordination keeps Creative, CRM, paid, Ops, IT, and vendors moving in step.

Social publishing and local‑marketing sense on‑brand posting; Signage and merchandising eye; Bonus Points If You Have…

Experience in retail, automotive, or membership‑based businesses.

A background in local business development or community partnerships.

Fleet sales or fleet‑partnership experience.

Experience with CRM and pipeline tools (e.g., HubSpot).
