Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
AHA BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Compliance with holiday work expectations - must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical unit
Assess patient condition and administer medications as prescribed
Develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
