Therapy Care Pharmacist

Norman Regional

Norman Regional is seeking a pharmacy professional to evaluate and verify outpatient infusion orders, coordinating care transitions and selecting therapies based on clinical and reimbursement factors.

You will evaluate patient information, communicate with the care team, counsel on side effects, and serve as a key resource for infusion center operations with experience in Meditech and reimbursement models.
