Overnight Direct Support ProfessionalHourly Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 DOEFull Time, Onsite positionShift: 11:00 pm - 9:00 amLocation: 77 Trails End Road Eureka, Montana 59917New hires are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, distributed in three $500 installments—after 30 days, six months, and twelve months of employment—contingent upon continued employment and meeting eligibility requirements.As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support adolescents ages (13-18) in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities.
