Clinic Physician - Cardiology

Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity in Palm Beach County, FL

Step into a non-invasive cardiology role with an inherited patient panel and a three-month new-patient wait already in place. You'll join a collaborative group backed by on-site structural/interventional cardiology, CV surgery, and an active fellowship program, full specialty support without the solo build-up. This role is built for a physician who wants to produce, with a clear runway toward expanded imaging and future leadership

Practice Overview

Join a cohesive cardiology team, including non-invasive cardiologists, a heart failure specialist, structural/interventional colleagues, and dedicated APP and MA support

Inherit an established referral base and active patient panel, no cold start

Full imaging scope: TTE, TEE, stress echo, nuclear, cardiac CT/MRI, with structural imaging support for TAVR/MitraClip planning

Clear growth path to build imaging into 50% of practice, with potential to evolve into a directorship

Schedule

Roughly 4 half-days in clinic, 3 days at the hospital (rounding, reading, admin)

Approximately one weeknight of call per week, plus rotating weekend coverage

Call is shared across the full group, with fellows taking first call and attendings backing up

30 days PTO, inclusive of holidays, vacation, and CME, with flexible scheduling support

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary plus wRVU group model, one-year base guarantee before transition to production

401(k) plus deferred compensation plan

Malpractice coverage included, with tail coverage provided

Candidate Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in cardiology, required

Cardiac imaging fellowship strongly preferred, but not required, with a clear path to grow imaging into a larger share of practice

Level II/III echo and CTA credentials preferred

Open to new grads through mid-career physicians, with 10 years of remaining practice runway
