LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in South Bend and Mishawaka, Indiana
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday rotational start and end times from 7:30am - 5:00pm in Mishawaka; every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm in South Bend
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
~1 year of more of phlebotomy experience

2 years or more of phlebotomy experience in an outpatient lab environment

In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Phlebotomist will work in Patient Service Centers. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
