Make a difference as a Custodian
As a vital member of the custodial team at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, your role directly contributes to creating a wonderful customer experience. You will take pride in your work as you ensure that restrooms are sparkling clean, common areas are free from litter, and interior floors are meticulously deep cleaned. If you enjoy a regular schedule that leaves your late afternoons and evenings free, this role is ideal for you. Requirements for this Custodian job
To thrive as a Full-Time Custodian at Outlets at Traverse Mountain, several key skills are essential. While on-the-job training will equip you with specific techniques, having some prior experience in custodial work is preferred. A strong work ethic and an enjoyment of cleaning are crucial, as you’ll see the immediate impact of your efforts on the shopping environment.
Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work will excel in this role, as cleanliness is important to our mission.
