Bookkeeper Opportunity
Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $57,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Details

Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections to maintain strong cash flow.

Process vendor invoices, accounts payable, and payment reconciliation.

Support construction-related billing, including progress billing and pay applications.

Reconcile credit card statements, accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, reporting, and audit preparation.
