About the Role and Team**The Finance Product Management team manages the Hydra platform, the critical operational engine behind our enterprise backend reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will support vital regulatory and risk reporting requirements for both internal and external teams. Your team serves as the central hub for financial data, ingesting information from across the company and various lines of business. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
