HR Services Representative, HR Data The HR Services Representative, HR Data provides operational support for the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of employee and contingent workforce data within Human Resources systems. This entry-level role is responsible for processing HR data transactions, reviewing and validating information, maintaining workforce records, supporting data audits, and assisting with contingent worker administration.
The HR Services Representative works closely with HR team members and other internal partners to ensure workforce information is complete, accurate, timely, and maintained in accordance with established HR procedures, data standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, and the ability to accurately process a high volume of information.

Required Travel: travel to other Endeavour Health locations may be required
What you will do HR Data Administration & Maintenance Process routine employee and workforce data transactions within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related systems.
Enter, update, and maintain employee and non-employee workforce information in accordance with established procedures and data standards.
Review HR transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals.
Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and work with appropriate HR partners to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate electronic records and supporting documentation.
Follow established data entry standards and procedures to promote consistency and data integrity.
Assist with routine data corrections and record updates as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee and organizational information.
Data Quality, Auditing & Compliance Perform routine audits and data validation activities to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent workforce information.
Research data discrepancies and assist with corrections in HR systems.
Support recurring data quality reviews, reconciliations, and cleanup activities.
Assist with maintaining documentation and records needed to support internal and external audits.
Follow established HR data governance, privacy, security, and records management requirements.
Escalate identified data concerns, recurring errors, or potential compliance issues to appropriate team members or leadership.
Assist with monitoring established data quality measures and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy.
Contingent Workforce Administration Support the administration and maintenance of contingent workforce records, including agency staff, contractors, temporary workers, travelers, and other non-employees.
Enter and maintain contingent worker information within designated HR systems.
Review submitted information and documentation for completeness and adherence to established requirements.
Assist with onboarding, worker updates, extensions, transfers, and offboarding of contingent workers.
Monitor records for missing or expiring information and communicate follow-up needs to appropriate stakeholders.
Support audits and reconciliation of contingent workforce records.
Assist with maintaining accurate information related to contingent worker assignments, status, and organizational placement.
HR Service & Operational Support Respond to routine questions and requests related to HR data, employee records, and contingent workforce processes.
Provide timely, professional, and accurate service to employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
Research routine issues and elevate complex or unusual situations as appropriate.
Follow established workflows, service standards, and escalation procedures.
Assist with HR data projects, system testing, process changes, and other team initiatives as assigned.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and service delivery.
Participate in training and maintain current knowledge of applicable procedures, systems, and requirements.
What you will need Education: High school diploma or GED, required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
Certification: n/a
Experience: 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, data entry, administrative support, customer service, healthcare administration, or another role requiring accurate maintenance of confidential information.
