Position Details

• Full-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift
• 8 hour shifts

Compensation

~ RN COMPENSATION

~$39.40 – $46.40 / hour Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential

Sign-On Bonus Details

~ RN: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)(paid in installments)

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments
Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
What You Bring

Active RN license (Michigan)
Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident care
Positive, dependable, and reliable attendance
