Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years current Medical Surgical experience, Telemetry experience required License: Massachusetts RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Willingness to float to any Medical Surgical unit Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred Description: Please do not upload a traveler who would like to work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after, and the weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after. Include all relevant documents with the traveler profile. Travelers are encouraged to set up voicemail on their phones in case of contact from the facility. Unit size is 20 to 34 beds, depending on the unit. Patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:6. Dress code is personal scrubs of any color. Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
