Main Requirements:
Run errands for the team and leadership (supplies, deliveries, food pickups, etc.)
Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked (kitchen, conference rooms, office supply areas)
Help with miscellaneous needs and last-minute tasks across all departments
Assist with meeting setup and cleanup, including hospitality for guests
Support logistics during team events and firm-wide meetings
Handle small projects that support office organization, operations, and team workflow
Be a go-to helping hand for any task that improves team efficiency or culture
