Care Nursing & Rehab - Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will provide hands‑on patient care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for our patients.

Provide direct patient care through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.

Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
