RN-Registered Nurse Telemetry - Weekend Night Shift

RN Telemetry
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift, 3 × 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week. Weekends and holidays required every other rotation.
We are seeking a skilled RN for our Telemetry unit to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work with adult and geriatric patients, managing conditions such as chest pain, atrial fibrillation, stroke rule out, COPD, and more. This role requires proficiency in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing critical interventions.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patient health status, including telemetry interpretation
Administer medications and intravenous fluids, including blood administration
Perform cardioversion and 12 Lead EKG interpretations
Handle titration of anti-arrhythmic drips as prescribed
Assist in pre/post procedural care for heart catheterizations, cystoscopy, lithotripsy, EGD, and colonoscopy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Valid RN license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Experience in telemetry or critical care nursing preferred
Must be able to float as required
