Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
Schedule: Day shifts | 36–40 hours per week

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Oxnard, CA. Assess and treat SNF residents to improve functional independence.
Document therapy progress and adjust plans based on measurable outcomes.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Educate residents and families on home programs and safety.
Lead or participate in care conferences to drive patient-centered planning.
Manage time efficiently to ensure on-site responsibilities meet targets.

Experience in skilled nursing: assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
Proficiency in documenting progress and productivity metrics for quarterly targets.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and facility policies; Competence in educating residents and families on home programs and safety.
Effective time management to balance on-site duties and targets.
