Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
North Sound Family Medicine
Position: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
Compensation: The full wage scale for an RN is $30.36 - $45.04 per hour. Bonus: Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) ( Subject to payback clause ).

Full-time employees generally begin earning 18 days of PTO, increasing 33 days over time per our PTO policy. EIB accrues up to 32 hours per year (pro-rated based on hours worked) for both part-time and full-time employees, with a maximum of 480 hours

Reimbursement of renewal fees for required licensure for clinical staff
Completion of accredited RN program.
Active RN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health.
Acquire and maintain BLS certification as per FCN BLS policy.
Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
