TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Simpsonville, South Carolina, 29681!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a focus on orthopedic and bariatric patient populations
Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Float to other like units or campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with Epic EMR
Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
Pre-assignment orientation modules are billable (up to 16 hours of reimbursement), providing compensation for your time before the contract begins
Floating assignments are limited to units and tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented, ensuring a safe and supported work environment
