• $2.00 shift differential for shifts worked on the weekends*
• ***$2,000 sign on bonus!!!! 50% of bonus paid after 90 days and remaining 50% of bonus paid after 180 days****

Flexible Scheduling

The Certified Nursing Assistant is an integral role to the nursing team and has a significant impact on the overall delivery of care to facility customers. The CNA is responsible for providing quality care to customers and supporting the goals for shift objectives to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide and assist with physical care of patients which will include but not limited to bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, incontinent care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulation and range of motion

Responsible for real-time documentation of patient care and observations

Assist in the dining process by preparing customer for meals; serves and collects trays, assists in setting up and feeding residents, serves refreshments. Responsible for patient transport to scheduled therapy appointments

Assists in recreational, motivational and socialization activities of care program

Responsible for regular rounding with customers to anticipate and identify needs and respond timely and appropriately

Encourages growth and independence as care progression warrants

Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of customer room. Assists in maintaining a safe customer environment

Adhere to infection control procedures including but not limited to hand washing and isolation practices

Adhere to Par Scanning procedures to ensure accurate tally of supple usage and availability

Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional

May participate in interdisciplinary customer and service improvement initiatives

Performs assigned treatment according to patient plan of care

Reports timely changes in customer’s condition to appropriate party

Demonstrates proficient knowledge of equipment in customer care areas

Demonstrates a proactive approach to complete assigned floor duties

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant Certification course
