We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Server to join our team at our MCC - Penn Valley location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area.
Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
