Cashiers- Full time

We serve elite clientele and you must always be prepared to provide them with outstanding customer service in all circumstances, and to handle challenging client issues with the diplomacy needed to ensure that they remain loyal customers. Collecting payment for both service and parts customers

Greeting customers upon arrival and exit

High school diploma or GED

Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and a professional voice and manner

Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Ability to learn new software programs

Automotive dealership prior experience with an automotive dealership a plus

Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, a plus

Experience running a business switchboard, a plus
