Collaborate with surgical services leadership to optimize anesthesia staff efficiency

• Work on policies and education of policy updates
• Collaborate with physicians and surgeons
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with hospital leadership to set goals for the anesthesia department, focusing on growth, innovation, and improvement Requirements
• BC/BE in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology)
• Completed ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency
• Prior experience as a medical director preferred
• Experience in hospital operations, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Proven success in initiating change management and care/quality improvement processes **Benefits Details
