Position Summary

The Communications Coordinator supports Christwood’s Marketing Department bycreating and managing digital and print communications. Responsibilitiesinclude social media management, website updates, graphic design, photography, newsletters, public relations, media coordination, and administrative support.This position helps ensure consistent messaging and brand representation whilesupporting the department's marketing and communication initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

ManageChristwood's social media platforms.

Maintainand update website content using WordPress.

Designmarketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, signage,presentations, and digital graphics.

Capturephotographs for marketing materials, social media, and organizationalcommunications.

Producenewsletters, email communications, and press releases.

Coordinateadvertising schedules, media relationships, and publication deadlines.

MaintainChristwood's brand standards across all communication channels.

Organizedigital marketing assets and communication calendars.

Provideclerical and administrative support to the Marketing Department.

Performother related duties as assigned.

Associate'sor Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations,Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

Oneto three years of relevant experience preferred.

Experiencewith WordPress, Canva, and Microsoft Office.

Experiencecapturing and editing photography for marketing or social media preferred.

Strongwriting, communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Professional,dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents, team members,vendors, media representatives, and community partners.
