Registered Nurse - Respiratory ICU (Nights)

Critical Care Registered NurseWe are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in settings where patients are experiencing severe medical conditions, such as heart attacks, strokes, and respiratory distress. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in advanced patient care procedures and committed to advocating for their patients and their families.ResponsibilitiesAssessing patient conditions and implementing appropriate care plans.Treating wounds and providing advanced life support.Assisting physicians in medical procedures.Monitoring and recording vital signs accurately.Ensuring the functionality of medical equipment and making necessary adjustments.Administering intravenous fluids and medications as required.Collaborating with fellow members of the healthcare team.Responding effectively to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols.Acting as an advocate for patients, providing education and support to their families.Caring for pre- and post-operative patients as needed.ScheduleThis position requires availability for night shifts from 19:00 to 07:15.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureValid Texas RN or multi-state RN license.Current ACLS and BLS certifications (must be attached to resume).Experience in critical care nursing.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
