Real Estate Closing Attorney
Job Type: Contract / Independent Contractor
Practice Area: Real Estate Law
A busy Massachusetts real estate law firm is seeking experienced Real Estate Attorneys to handle residential real estate purchase and refinance closings throughout the Commonwealth.
This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity that is well suited for an attorney looking to take on additional real estate closing matters. Attorneys who meet the qualifications below may have the flexibility to take on a smaller number of closings while earning competitive compensation based on the matters handled.
Conduct residential real estate purchase and refinance closings.
Review closing documents and ensure all required documents are properly executed.
Manage closings during regular business hours, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service, including the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Print and manage closing packages remotely as required.
At least 3 years of Massachusetts residential real estate closing experience , including purchase and refinance transactions.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts for closings.
Availability to conduct closings during business hours, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Ability to print closing packages remotely.
This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation . The position offers flexibility for experienced real estate attorneys who are interested in taking on additional residential purchase and refinance closings without a traditional full-time schedule.
