Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day? No experience? Maintaining clean and attractive community grounds

• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assisting with pressure washing, painting, and curb appeal projects
• Helping move appliances, furniture, and supplies as needed
• Delivering notices or correspondence to residents
• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with additional projects

Willingness to jump in and help where needed
