Warehouse Person-Full Time

Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items.Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer.Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including frequent mounting and dismounting.Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing materials.Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.Specific QualificationsQualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.1+ years of warehouse experience preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record required.Forklift certification is a plus.Ability to pass required safety training, background checks, and drug screening.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures (heat and cold), noise, and dust.Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
