Fully cross-trained across coffee preparation, food assembly, and front-of-house service, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, precision, and efficiency. Ideal candidates take pride in culinary craftsmanship, maintain an immaculate environment, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting.
Master the Bar: Prepare espresso-based drinks, batch brew, and tea to exacting standards—dialing in, weighing shots, and maintaining milk quality.
Execute Food & Pastry: Work designated food shifts and actively participate in our pastry program. You must understand our kitchen flow and be hands-on with food preparation and presentation.
Follow structured opening/closing procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and manage restocking tasks with precision.
Provide Genuine Hospitality: Engage guests with calm, professional service and maintain awareness of the room during high-volume periods.
A genuine interest in growing within the food and beverage industry long-term.
Adaptable & Driven: Barista experience is required, and we value drive and professionalism above all. Team-Oriented: Willingness to work both front-of-house and kitchen shifts to ensure the shop runs efficiently.
