Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Provide acute care nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular and surgical services.

Utilize equipment including Philips Cardiac Monitors, Cerner EMR, and Pyxis Med dispenser.

Adhere to clinical procedures and protocols for safe and efficient care delivery.

Collaborate with hospitalists in managing critically ill PCU patients.

Engage in unit/department-specific training in a fast-paced cardiac surgery care environment.

Minimum of 1 year PCU experience with proficiency in EKG and peritoneal dialysis.

Active, valid RN license in Arizona, in good standing.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Experience in floating to ICU and MS/Tele units preferred.
