Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active Missouri dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one

Five or more years of general dentistry experience

Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in practice ownership

Motivation to lead, develop, and grow an established dental practice

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
