Role Description The Marketing Director at Builder's Best LLC is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading overall marketing strategy and execution. This role designs and oversees marketing plans, coordinates campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and ensures consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include conducting and reviewing market research, analyzing performance metrics, refining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with sales to align demand generation efforts. The Marketing Director will manage the marketing budget, guide the development of marketing materials, and work closely with internal stakeholders to support product launches and business growth. The role also involves setting measurable goals, reporting on outcomes, and recommending improvements to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Strong marketing leadership skills, including Marketing Management and Marketing strategy, with experience guiding cross-functional initiatives.

Ability to develop effective Market Planning and go-to-market frameworks that support organizational goals.

Proficiency in Market Research, including data interpretation and insight generation to inform decisions.

Familiarity with Sales collaboration, aligning marketing activities with sales objectives and pipeline growth.

Proven experience in directing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, and trade-related marketing).

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment while managing multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Experience in building products, home improvement, or related industries is beneficial.
