Job Title: Network & Computer Systems Administrator (MDM / CSfC)Job Category: Information TechnologyTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental US* * *Opportunity:CACI is hiring a Systems Administrator at Virginia Beach, VA!In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks. Your duties include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing regular backups, and ensuring data security through firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS). You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and network access, provide technical support to employees, and develop documentation and training materials for system use. Additional responsibilities may include evaluating and recommending new hardware or software, maintaining ERP systems, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades.Responsibilities:Must have experience with CSfCMust have working knowledge of Azure and IntuneMust have experience deploying laptops and phones from IntuneOverall Experience with MDM in Intune. Deploying Applications for Phones and LaptopsMust have working knowledge of MDT and SCCM for laptop imagingMust be able to create a task sequence and deploy images for laptopsMust have working knowledge of Android and Apple devicesMust be a problem solver and innovatorMust be able to create SOPs for end users to use equipment and training of new MC2 personnelMust be flexible, this is not a 9 to 5 position.
