Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and enjoys working alongside experienced medical providers, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and functional rehabilitation techniques.

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, and massage therapists to provide coordinated patient care.

Help patients return to work, sports, and daily activities.

Build long-term relationships with patients by providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Active Colorado Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure.

Current CPR Certification.
