Head of Technical Programme Management

We are looking for our next Technical Program Manager to join our energetic and innovative team that is passionate about expanding autonomous maritime vessel capabilities within a cutting‑edge environment to advance the state of the art in subsea robotics.

Anduril’s Maritime team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril Maritime Fleet in challenging operational environments worldwide. Working across product, engineering, business development, logistics, and operations, our next Maritime Technical Program Manager must be a technical leader who can evaluate, qualify, manage, and advocate for an increasing number of sophisticated parallel pursuits. Drive technical outcomes through meticulous understanding of system performance, managing incident response and after‑action, using metrics to derive insights, quantifying improvements, and maintaining clear communication with the customer.

Customer Engagement : Interface with DoD/USN customers and represent the technical aspects of the Maritime portfolio; serve as the “voice of the customer” for follow‑on business capture efforts.

Support the engineering team in integration, testing, and debugging; lead formal testing efforts, generate test plans, identify resources, and support mobilization logistics; lead offshore AUV test events when required.

Project Planning : Develop project scope, manage changes, identify and track risks, and maintain project schedules.

Contract Management : Provide support for statements of work, change orders, financial management, terms and conditions, data rights assertions, and deliverable status updates.

Travel : Support customer meetings, team engineering exchanges, and testing approximately 25%-40% of the time.

Bachelor of Science (B.degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering or a related technical field with a passion for hardware development and relationship building.

10+ years of robotics experience, specifically in technical project management and/or systems engineering, or related experience in a relevant industry.

Understanding of government contract structure and reporting.

Experience developing material and speaking at monthly or quarterly program reviews.

Experience developing and maintaining schedules with Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Top Secret security clearance.

Previous customer experience in the mission area.

Global deployment and project management experience preferred.

Experience interfacing with DoD/USN/MoD customers.
